Nice cozy hotel in a bustling neighbourhood in Macau close to attractions. Staff was helpful enough. I really appreciated the multiplug for electric sockets.

The location is good Noisy. Can hear other guests talk . Noise from the street. The lane where the hotel located was closed in the evening. Taxi not able to enter. I have a hard time finding.

Great hotel! The location is perfect, the building is modern, and the bed is super comfortable. The cleanliness was lacking; I found pubic hair on the bathroom floor, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, there was a lot of noise at night, with people banging doors and talking loudly until 3 AM. In the morning, the cleaning staff vacuumed loudly, disturbing our rest.

The bed is super super comfy ! Had one good good sleep there! Soft and warm! Ac working just fine and the curtains are automatic! Very close to the major attraction. The pajama is quite comfy too. Got two big bottle of water. There are some noise in the afternoon from the restaurant across the street but at night there is nothing. So all good. The exchange plug is not working super well… but the staff helped solved it. The bed is a bit small

The internet didn't work, so I had to ask staff to help me (they fixed it). The outside view, the construction noise, and some hiccup during the checkout (they couldn't refund my security deposit and returned cash).

Excellent location. Walkable to the ruins and the square. Super comfortable place and quite high tech. Would definitely recommend Staff was nice but didn't smile or seem friendly
