Poderiam melhorar a disposição das tomadas em relação às camas. Ela fica na cabeceira, no centro da cama, o que incomoda se for carregar algo enquanto está deitado. Poderiam disponibilizar tomadas próximo às mesas de cabeceira.

Very clean property and very nice rooms. The pool area on the roof is beautiful. With as much as they charge to stay there, I don’t like having to pay extra to park and this should also be on the listing not an additional fee when you arrive.

The hotel is elegant and well maintained, with a classic atmosphere and an excellent location. Breakfast is abundant, varied, and served in a pleasant environment. The bed is large and very comfortable. The staff are polite and numerous, always available to help. Overall, the hotel facilities — pool, sauna, and common areas — are beautiful and well cared for. I had two unpleasant experiences during my stay. After reporting a broken table leg, maintenance entered my room without my authorization — something that should never happen in a hotel of this level. In addition, my room key was constantly deactivating; I had to return to reception several times a day to reactivate it, which became exhausting. Another point is that on weekends the hotel fills up with families with small children and babies, which creates a lot of noise — especially around the pool and restaurant. I understand that it’s ideal for families, but for someone traveling alone and seeking rest, it was quite disturbing.

Absolutely amazing! The location was great and the staff were absolutely impeccable! Smiles all around and so much attention to detail. My birthday was the day after we checked in and I did not mention anything to anyone but they still delivered a cake to my room. The breakfast was amazing! So many options! But what really got my attention was how amazing the staff were and how welcoming they made us feel. Thank you!

Breakfast, rooms, staff Although the location is central and walking distance to markets and restaurants. The area has a few homeless and drug users right across the hotel where the boats are. This is not a fault from the hotel but it makes the area less pleasant.

Good breakfast, very nice room The pool area was OK, but not more. There was a bar, but didn't seem to be open much. And the bartender was passive when it was open. He didn't come around to ask if we wanted anything. That's OK, it is just that we didn't see that the bar had opened since you can't see the bar from the pool. We noticed that when we left.
