Location, breakfast I was lucky but parking is a lottery. Check-in is way too slow and too many questions, forms.... annoying is said to be too soft ...

Location is great. Staff is not very friendly. In addition to this they charge room amenities (as minibar items) at different prices than advertised in common areas such as elevators and lobby.

the beds were really comfortable and cleanness was very decent. Perfect location, amazing staff. Nice restaurant at the top, full with windows and light. Excellent AC in rooms Coffee for breakfast was too weak and wattery, only a couple of days they had pao de queijo and they had mango only one day. The room for 3 people was extremely small, but it gets the job done. The pool area could be improved
