Location and breakfast was really good. Old bathroom and horrible shower.

The location, the swimming pool, the nice personnel at the reception, and the fast service to fix some problems. The room was very spacious. The room was very noisy because the window doors seem to be old and don't isolate the room from the outside noise. There were some broken things in the room (which could have been verified and fixed before our arrival).

The location. It is easy to access the beach. The smoking area is to close to the lobby and caused many bad smell.

Meals were the best....enjoyed eating at the hotel and having made good friends like Eunice, Raphael, Yuri....also liked the room with a view. Clean and spacious. Did not like the hotel rules that we could not fill up with a bottle of water for the night.

The location, the facilities and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I went with my mom who has mobility problems, but it was very easy to get around, the hotel is well prepared and the staffs are lovely. I really recommend this hotel, we had a great experience, I will definitely come back. The hotel is very good, we stayed on The top floor and the doors on the balcony didn’t close properly probably due to the salt from the sea. The air conditioner also didn’t work very well in the leaving room, although the ones in the rooms worked perfectly. The sink’s drain smells bad in one of the bathrooms.

Good location close to the beach, big rooms, nice staff. The Wifi in the room is really bad and instable. The gym is very small and has not much equipment. For a big "resort" hotel the gym should be much better.
