I had a flat tyre while at the facility and the staff were very supportive to ensure i have it fixed since my car didnt have provision for a spare tyre The accessibility of the second floor from the entrance on the new wing, it can be confusing

The shower experience. The shower head is too small the pressure from the water was stinging

The rooms were spacious ,clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly and the food was tasty. The showers had less water more pressure.

One big plus for me are the sport activities offered in the morning and afternoon.

The staff were very friendly. Loved it. The path from the main road is very dusty, the restaurant could have used more options, and the pool was too exposed (but I understand this can't be changed). Also the mattress was a bit hard.

Whilst there was variety in the buffet, most of the food was cold. I twice did not get my eggs order right. Whilst they provide instant coffee the cups were tiny and I had to ask for teaspoons. Service was pretty slow both at dinner and breakfast. Dinner option was bad. They had an ala carte menu, but they wanted you to pick the menu items from the buffet and they did not have anything else apart from what was in the menu.

The food, services from all workers. In the bathroom there was no shampoo. Also some workers were just unprofessional since my husband is white, they were gossiping is openly in Kiswahili yet we could understand what they are saying.
