Other than the pool not being available the place was great.

After I checked in, the pipe burst and the water flooded most of the 1st floor. The manager paid for a room for two nights at the holiday Inn after the water was turned off. I only stayed one night, but the hotel went above and beyond to figure out a solution.

Bed was comfortable. Ice being on 1st floor only.

We were there for only a stop-over. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

My wife and I travel with a small dog (5 lb. Yorkshire Terrier and Poodle mix). We have been staying at this property for the past three summers as we travel to Florida to visit in-laws. We like staying at this hotel because it is pet friendly and has what we consider a reasonable pet fee. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel has become a regular stop on our yearly travel.

Clean and well stocked rooms, friendly and helpful staff. A little out of the way

Sheets felt sandy, or pilled. Adjoining room had a dog that barked quite a bit in the early morning. It wasn't as quiet as the first time I went.

The room had a terrible smell. It smelled like a wet dog in the room. Not sure if it was the carpet from having pets in the room, or the air conditioner needing to be serviced. The shower head was hanging loose, it needs to be attached in some way.

Room was very clean and quiet. Location was convenient…right off the freeway. We would definitely stay again.

Older hotel that isn’t in optimal condition/well maintained. Fresh stain on hallway carpet that wasn’t attended to, elevator walls need cleaning…
