REGENCY INN & SUITES

We arrived to check into our room at 8:30 pm on August 8 after our drive from Nothern Missouri. Upon checking in and entering our room a foul odor was very apparent. The carpet was covered in mold and the bathroom had bugs in it. At first it looked like powder had been spilled on the floor, but looking closer at the substance it was very easy it identify as mold. The manager refused a refund. He told me to call Expedia. Expedia also denied our refund after they reached out to the property. Expedia and the hotel manager refused to receive the pictures I took. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Myself and the two children traveling with me drove another hour to find a hotel room with vacancy. The new room cost us another $135 that was NOT in my vacation budget. All I asked was for a refund, but the property and booking manager refuse.

Hotel room specifically room 105 and 106 has bedbugs. I have video as well as pictures. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone in good faith.

Really nothing. Out of 3 rooms that I rented. There was something wrong in every one. If it was the tv nothing working at all to the other tv only having 2 channels. The rooms were really dirty. The ice machine was broken.

nothing at that place A/c, Room, Light are not working

It was ok I was just there for one night to go out of town the next day

Location was perfect, close to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. No ice machine, people in and out all night.Staff was friendly and helpful,had minor issues with tv in the beginning, but they were on it , barely had time to hang up and they were there.

The price The cleanliness, the beds have bedbugs and there were dead roaches in the room. The tv’s did not work.
