Refused to re-rent to me because they said I had high traffic but I only had 4 visitors in a weeks time that was family only stayed for approximately 30 min while visiting .

Nothing terrible experience. Rooms were dirty,sheets hadn't been changed had 1 pillow. The 2 eyed burner had a whole burner missing. The staff especially the manager was very rude , Not to mention all the traffic and people hanging outside asking for money and what seem to be dealing.

Quick access to the interstate Since you can't smoke in your room there was alot of people hanging around entrances of the building. If you stay longer than a couple of days (I was there for two weeks) there's no daily cleaning (it charge extra), no change for towls had to wash my own, there's extra charge ($24) to watch TV, you have to take our own trash out, the walmart across the street is dangerous at night (cop posted at entrance), beds are super uncomfortable and stiff, and there's no kitchenware (charge extra) just to sum it up.

I had a disappointing experience and ultimately chose not to stay at this hotel. The rooms had an unpleasant odor, and I was initially assigned a room on the second floor that I was unable to access despite making two trips upstairs. I was then moved to a room on the fourth floor, which added to the inconvenience. Another issue was that the room phones were disconnected, making it impossible to contact family members staying in other rooms. Due to these concerns and the overall condition of the property, I returned my room key and decided to stay elsewhere. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations.

The staff was very friendly Everything the rooms were not clean, one room was missing the ac cover and the bed looked like it had been slept on.
