The y is my man at check in was through and efficient, the room was clean and already cool.

Just beware. The only thing you will get is coffee. I may have totally missed it but was shocked to see $30 breakfast no different than most giving breakfast.

Worse Hilton Garden I've ever stayed at. Lots of entry, lobby and even elevator tiles were chipped or broken. They were marked, but appeared to have been there a while. During our 2nd night our room AC in room 507 was so noisy neither my wife or I could sleep and finally packed and left. Did not live up to the other Hiltons I have used and will switch to another better quality chain of hotels.

Our room was very clean, we had problems with the air conditioning and so the staff gave us another room with no problem. Everyone was very nice and accommodating! The breakfast was exactly what we needed! We enjoyed our stay and will be returning in September.

The hotel was immaculate. Rooms were spotless and smelled fresh. Also located in a lovely area of Madison. The staff were welcoming, helpful and all around amazing. Would stay here anytime im in madison!
