Friendly attentive staff Room was musty when air conditioning was on. Smoke alarm went off for no reason or battery was dead? The average cost per night was more than stated

The not so good. Internet only allowed one device at a time. $2 daily charge for the safe in the room even though we didn’t use it. Pillows were less than comfortable.

The pool and hot tub are super clean, always attentive front desk, and very quiet place with multiple restaurants within feet.

Room was huge, not noisy even though right by the lobby, bed decently comfy, hot tub filled quickly, friendly staff No comforter for bed, I was freezing with just a sheet and blanket. Pool was a tad chilly for me.

Quiet hotel with pool and whirlpool.

Rooms were clean staff was very welcoming. This is our preferred hotel to stay at when we are in Madison.
