Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison Southwest, WI

After second room, went back to attendant and asked for money back and went to different hotel.

It was close to the places we wanted to visit. Location Always had to ask for pool towels, and thin walls!

Pool was good for kids, had a few extra play equipment.

Door to small bathroom open inward. Difficult to maneuver for guests with ambulatory challenges.

We were helped by a wonderful young man who helped us make a room change when I realized I did not book the correct one. He was very kind and pleasant to talk with as he searched for a room to accommodate our request. Thank you!

Love the staff they are so nice and accommodating . We got two queen beds one was newish and the other felt like an air mattress it was so bad to sleep on . So we went to pull out the couch . Hmmm well there is pee stains on the bed . Like on the top sheets . So gross . So my kid and husband endured the back pain and slept on the broken bed . The floors were super gross . They came in to wash for us and used an old mop and just slipped it around . When she left I dried it with a towel. It turned black . The mop didn't do anything . There was a culers trash bag between the bed and window and there was a used razor behind the sink in the bathroom . Super gross .

We checked in and the room assigned smelled like smoke. We then asked for another room. That room also had an odor and the bedding was dirty. We ended up getting a refund and getting a different hotel. The woman at the front desk was very accommodating.

Room was not clean, plaster falling off the walls in the bathroom. Garbage outside rear door of the hotel.

The staff was incredible! I called in earlier before arrival and asked them about music venue. She indicated there was a place next door that may have music. She said she would make and called me back. She called me back quickly.

The outlet by the bed didn't work. I guess I was expecting a little more because of the reviews I read, I'd give the hotel a solid "ok"
