The bedroom was excellent. Breakfasts were good, once one had worked out where the various food items were situated in the self-service area. The only negative factor was dinner in the evening. Very limited choice and small portions. After I found out that a complete fixed price meal was available for 35 euros matters improved, but this was not explained to me initially.

Didn’t love the walk into town, but the bus station is right outside and you can get a free bus pass.

During early skiing weeks, ski lifts open earlier than the shuttle service is available. So if you want to ski early, you cannot use the shuttle service. The breakfast opening time does not fit early ski weeks either.

Everything was excellent, but if there was an electric kettle in the room it would have been better.

Shuttle service was excellent, drivers were always ready to take you to the ski slopes/lifts or the town center, or back to the hotel. Nice spa area, pool and sauna were very clean. Ridiculously expensive dinner. I have had five-course dinner at a similar hotel in Ortisei in Val Gardena in January 2025 for only 30 EURO/per person. We opted to walk to the town center and have dinners there instead of dining in the hotel. Breakfast could have been a little bit more varied.

Lovely hotel, good service. Please fix your Wifi, in today’s environment customers need good internet connections, your Wifi is terrible and you can’t work from the hotel when the need arises.

Location and the shuttle bus, the staff were more than accommodating to our requests when my son lost his shoes and ski.poles. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel or staff

The staff was awesome!! And the services as well! We booked a nice room, but it was just under the restaurant, so there were a lot of step and music noise. We asked for a room change, but we were relocated for a very tiny little room (for a room as big as the first, there were an extra tax?)

This hotel was next level amazing. The staff were super helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is located towards the top of town. They provide two shuttle buses to take you to and from nearby gondolas. We never waited more than 5 minutes to be picked up. They will also drive you to dinner. Although we preferred to walk. Breakfast was sensational and they make coffee to order. There was a wide selection of food on offer. It is the best snow accommodation we have ever stayed in and the ski area was great too. Loved the whole thing. The wifi in our room was limited
