It could be fantastic. It is v cosy very well located and some parts are exactly as needed and expected. It’s clean, good breakfast and located well in town near ski lifts. The description is not accurate. It is not ski in ski out. The room we booked via booking.com was a junior suite 38m with pictures to show facilities. We were given a far smaller room that is not a suite and not matching the pictures. Fireplace not working and v poor reaction when this was noted. Same happened to 3 members of our party. They blamed booking.com and then said they’d move us and claimed it was an upgrade! They didn’t charge but still a v disappointing experience and reaction. On departure I received no help with my cases and snow gear. I was told the staff were busy serving breakfast. Most of the staff tried hard but there are clearly management and mis-marketing issues

Breakfast was good. Location ok, although I would have preferred a little bit closer to the nearest chair lift Concierge interaction, although very kind not particularly enthusiastic

Our upgraded room was exceptional. Location was perfect and central. The half board menu was also exceptional and the menu changed daily. Spa and pool area was a daily must with sauna, cool room, spa pool, wellness rooms and juices. Restaurant and hotel staff were friendly and accomodating The room we had before our upgrade had no hanging room for clothes T

Mostly the location and the service was always kind, attentive and all our requests were met promptly, making us feel very welcome.

Charming hotel located directly in centre of all the action, convenient (public) car park underneath hotel, in-house eating was spectacular with local events incorporated into dining menus - food was 5-star, chefs provided exceptional culinary experience for us. Staff very friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Room view was fabulous, short walk to/from ski lifts. Wifi could have been better :)

Other guests' kids all over the place, from the restaurant to the spa. Nobody did anything to control them when they were screaming or playing disturbing other guests. If this is a place to relax, kids should behave in a certain way

We found the facilities comfortable and inviting, and the staff all very polite and friendly. We were most impressed with Jolanda who assisted us with our bags at checkin, at the bar and throughout the two days that she was on duty. Extremely attentive, helpful and polite. We also wanted to thank your breakfast and waiting staff for their work to feed our large group each day. Mr Eggs and Bacon (we named him this as he constantly supplied these at every request) is a very good waiter. The small, slow elevator to traverse levels with baggage.
