I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s hospitality – everything was top-notch. The SPA area was especially impressive, and the rooms are of the highest standard. An unforgettable journey to such a magical place.

The only thing I would recommend is to have a larger trash can in the room. But if that is the only negative, you know how good everything else was.

The hotel has a rustic, mountain anesthetics that makes you feel like you're in a luxury cabin in the woods. I felt that families were very welcomed here. With a small child, we really appreciated the baby playroom and the family spa, complete with a mini robe for the child to wear. Delicious breakfast and a great location next to the Spinale gondola and steps from a park and the town center. The adult spa hours were only from 3 pm to 7:30pm in the summer, which was frustrating because I would have liked to go in the morning or in the evening. You can only hire the spa privately for groups for over 1000 euros. I would have paid a smaller amount for 1/2 an hour of private spa time not during regular hours. Maybe that could be a better format.

Location is great, close to town, garage is good, friendly staff, comfortable room and twice a day cleaned. Bar and terrace cozy. Restaurant for breakfast was overage and for dinner menu was small and away too expensive.

Generously sized, like-new room with balcony includes a couch, desk area and plenty of closet/storage space. The location is just a few minutes walk from the lake that marks the center of town (or drive if you don’t “do” uphill walks: outdoor parking at the Cerana is free or there is an indoor garage for a relative bargain of 15EU per night). Lovely amenities, including citrus-scented shampoo and lotion that were a favorite in our group. An abundant breakfast is included. All staff was attentive, courteous and pleasant. One in our group used the wellness services and loved the facility and the massage she purchased. The quiet location does indeed make for a very relaxing stay. Not a major deal, but please add in-room coffee (although the coffee served for breakfast is wonderful.)

Every part of the property was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very attractive. The breakfast was wonderful and the massage after a long hike was excellent! They need to have coffee in the room

Nearness to the ski lift! Warm, extremely helpful staff that iron out any details that might come up, including ski rentals, parking, a ski locker (w/ boot warming!) Grazie to the garage valet for his superlative hospitality - tanto di cappello. Excellent mattress, great shower, lighting, overall decor. Ample/varied breakfast. The walls between rooms could be thicker…I was next to a family with kids and I felt like I was in the room with them at times! Temperature of the room - way too warm for sleeping. Also the ski room…way too warm for suiting up for the slopes!
