Convenient, clean, next to slopes ; location Maybe it was the end of season but the breakfast options were limited and not tasty. the bathroom heater is on a timer, and only a very small jug of tap water was provided in the room.

The breakfast each morning was wonderful, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we desired, and the location could not have been better. The gondola was right next door.

location The breakfast experience was quite disappointing. There were no heaters to keep the eggs warm, resulting in them being served cold. Additionally, there was no selection of vegetables or fruit, making the options very limited. My car was taken away and parked somewhere without any communication about its location. Despite the hotel's claim that parking is free and no reservation is required, I was unexpectedly charged €175 for parking. The ski room was not secured as advertised. While it was supposed to be accessible only by card, it remained unlocked, allowing anyone to enter and take equipment freely. This raises serious concerns about security and guest safety. The room itself was outdated, with a cheap mattress and low-quality bedding, making for an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, while the bathroom had a hot tub with a jacuzzi function, it was not working, which was frustrating given the expectation of this amenity. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others unless improvements are made.

Very kind and helpful staff for housekeeping and breakfast service. Hotel was quiet, comfortable and well organised. Half-board dinner for a week's stay was not suitable for our purposes. The fine dining hotel restaurant option for a week did not include any vegetables or salad, and choices became monotonous. The restaurant arrangements were inflexible and service often felt rushed.

The location of the hotel is great, directly on the cable car, the ski room was very comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly and polite. Compared to other hotels in similar price category, we were surprised by the afternoon snack, which consisted of olives and crackers. At dinner, we really missed the salad buffet.Dinner (half board) consisted of a choice of 2 dishes (which were nevertheless excellent) from the menu and a dessert, Vegetables could be purchased, no soup at all. Only after paying the deposit, we were told that the restaurant is closed once a week, even for hotel guests (the money for half board was returned).

The whole experience was perfect. I would also like to say the staff were amazing with a mention to Ilaria (who made us feel so welcome when we first arrived), Michelle, Fabiola and all the other staff. We would love to come back in the winter.
