We added 4th person last minute. Manager Beatrice made it happen effortlessly despite me booking wrong date. Most gracious host and we were all thrilled with rooms and generous 1st class breakfast. She saved us from driving to a hiking area just closed due to landslide and suggested great alternative trail. Stay at this hotel if you can!

Wish there was a restaurant on site for dinner.

The location was great it was a 3 minute to the gondola and you’re pretty much in town. We were there for a skiing trip with friends and family. We weren’t lucky with the weather as it snowed most of the time and no sunshine but even with that we had a great time. There’s also a bar in the hotel which we didn’t know about prior to booking so it was a nice extra - the kids loved the hot chocolate. We had 5 rooms in total with our friends and the best ones are 102 and 314. I would go for the new style and not the old style rooms. The ladies at reception are very friendly and helpful and we were all given a breakfast to go on our last day as we had an early flout to catch.

Breakfast was amazing. Wellness centre is well equipped and reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is well located, close to key stations, restaurants and supermarkets. The single room is very small and not aligned with the photos.

Staff and location only things that save this hotel . All staff extremely nice and the location is close to all ski lifts This hotel is redicoulously rated 4 star yet has no restaurant , no gym , poor small rooms , and after paying over €320 PER NIGHT was charged for garage use .

The staff were fantastic: knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They were also very forthcoming in offering advice for excursions, and took the time to mark out on the map options for particular hikes. In addition, the swift and professional assistance from Federico when one of us required a doctor was simply outstanding. He was a calm presence in a difficult situation. We also found the hotel's location to be ideal. It was within easy walking distance to the town and to the gondolas. The room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, and breakfast was plentiful. We couldn't come up with anything that we didn't like.

Breakfast was fantastic - our son particularly enjoyed the pancakes and Nutella. While the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, there are lots nearby and the recommendations from the hotel were very good. Liked the layout of the room with main bed on the upper of the split levels. Spa cost extra and only open late afternoon so we didn’t use. We only stayed for 2 nights but think the room would have felt too small if we had stayed for longer.
