Hotel Diana

They were very welcoming. I arrived late and hungry. They served delicious food after the kitchen had already closed. They also let me use my room after the checkout for free. I had a sports event that day and was able to come back to the hotel to rest and take a shower before moving on.

I had such a wonderful time while skiing here. It was directly across from the Audi stadium and you can pop right down the to gondola from there. The owner Francesgo and his wife Frederica were extremely nice and very caring, I actually got a head cold on my last day and they were very nurturing. Kevin was my main man behind the bar and whipped up some cocktails form me after skiing. The dining hall staff were very kind and attentive. Breakfast was incredible and its impossible to leave hungry. I spent most of the day on the mountain so usually had lunch up there. BUT, dinner was a four course meal for only 40 Euros and it was 5 stars. I know we all have options when vacationing but if your looking around and don't know where to stay, this was a phenomenal vacation for me and I truly hope to return to the same place some day. NOT A DAMN THING

Truly exceptional in every way. Friendly, hospitable and welcoming staff, a comfortable bed in an attractive room and superb food. Very highly recommended! Nothing. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel where I felt so welcome and so comfortable. The food surpassed expectations and the location was great- just a short walk from the bus stop.

The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful, and was always offering assistance with one thing or another. This included giving me a ride to one of the ski lifts, as well as helping me find a nearby gym, and getting me in. Nothing in the hotel. Business hours for some of the establishments in town were inconvenient.

The owners and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with our stay. Can’t wait to return this winter.

We stayed at Hotel Diana 24 years ago, had the best time, and guess what? Even better in 2024. The staff are so welcoming, the rooms really comfortable and the food is awesome. Breakfast is a very generous way to start the day, whilst dinner is as much fun as the brilliant skiing in Madonna. Hotel Diana is heaven!

We stayed at the Diana for 3 nights in June, 2023. We had a magical experience from beginning to end, and were sad that we had to leave. The owners are genuinely warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful with advice on hiking in the area. We were given a very high level of service. The dinners at the restaurant were excellent and they have a good selection of wines to choose from. Breakfast offered choices. It was all good!

Exceptional hotel where you feel like home. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and helpful. They were always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts and dinners were amazing. The location of the hotel is great, very close to ski lifts. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view of the ski slopes. Highly recommended!
