New spa, breakfast was not bad Very old rooms and I could hear the neighbor while he was just talking and at the toilet as if he was next to me.

Quick and tree shuttle to ski lifts was a game changer. Good location and parking available. Pool was nice. Restaurant staff during breakfast was bored and tired. We felt as if we were an inconvenience for them. Not a good experience. Breakfast are monotonous. Every day is groundhog day.

Very friendly staff and excellent bartender. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Also provided a range of alternative options for Gluten Free if you asked. Good range of ski hire available through the hotel. Fast and efficient WiFi. A feature of the hotel was the spa which influenced our choice when booking. It was a surprise to find that this is only free to guests on a Monday otherwise incurs an extra charge. This should be clearer. Features like the mini-bus transport to different ski lifts could have been more obvious at check-in - we figured this out by chance on day 4. My room faced the street, so although neighbouring rooms were quiet in the hotel, the road is noisy. The rooms are pretty hot, so its a choice between street noise or fresh air.

Breakfast fine. Annoying to be charged for the spa and that was misleading in the info when booking. Room a bit old and not as big as Inwxpecred. Mattress and pillow hard. The most annoying thing was the noise from other rooms. I complained and the hotel did nothing. The food was good in the evening and the bar man was excellent. It was all generally fine but the hotel didn’t have much atmosphere or charm and was mostly full of families with very young babies. The staff and housekeeping staff were generally very nice which made up for some of the other issues.
