Everything, hotel is in the center, great location, close to all restaurants, all staff and owners are very nice, friendly and helpful. Bar is open 24h and you are always welcomed with smile. Breakfast was great, as well. Overall, wonderful place to stay at. NA

Great family-run hotel, amazing hospitality and very helpful staff. Special shout out to Antonio who made sure we are always pampered. The hotel is very clean with many facilities that are well maintained (sauna, ski room with heated shoe rack...). Location is amazing, quite central and a very short walking distance to the 5 laghi ski lift. Make sure to ask for discounted outlets and restaurants around. Can't wait to come back!

We had a lovely short break at Villa Madonna which is very conveniently located on the edge of the pedestrian zone in the middle of town. The room was a good size, the ski room facilities very good and the continental breakfast as expected. There were also paid cooked breakfast options but we didn’t use this. Parking was right outside the hotel and there are 2 ski lifts within a short level walk. However the highlight has to be the staff, I cannot eat gluten and the gentleman who oversaw breakfast really made sure I was taken care of in that respect. He also made great cappuccinos! But all were friendly, efficient and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

I loved the classic slightly retro design of the hotel! Amazing. Bathroom, in particular, was a design jewel. The hotel cannot be on a better place within Madonna - everything just around corner, i.e. all the shining parts of the town are few steps away, yet do not inteferre with a quiet at the room. I have to mention a member of the staff who welcomed us and always served a breakfast - extremely pleasant and wellcoming. Thank you!` A breakfast could be improved a little. There was plenty of delicious(!) sweet cakes and warm fresh croissants etc., although for us who prefer salty breakfast eggs were missing. But this is really a minor thing and we loved the hotel with everything!:-)

Great staff! Very friendly and service minded. Perfect location 50m from town main square w ski shops, restaurants, cafes and a good supermarket. 3min walk to 5Laghi gondola and 5-10min to Spinale Gondola. Great spa facility. Good pentry in room for cocking. Nicely served and very complete breakfast buffee with town/mountain view. Spacious n very clean room I had with a mtn view. Room pentry use came with a €20/day charge. I didn't use it though, since the breakfast was great and a good meal in a good town restaurant is less than €20.
