Was pleasantly surprised as the room was very good value. Room had balcony with great views. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Could check in early as room was available.

The location was the only good thing about this stay. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The man at the front desk was extremely rude, unhelpful, and made us wait without offering any assistance, also he was the man running it. The room itself was in poor condition, with stained walls and air conditioning that did not work. When I asked about it, I was told, “Oh yeah, it’s because I turned it off,” with no effort made to resolve the issue. The room description also stated that a washing machine was included, but when I asked about it, I was told I would need to walk across the street to a laundromat and pay for it myself. The bathroom was another major problem. The shower barely worked, the showerhead would not stay attached, and it eventually came off and sprayed water everywhere. There was also no soap provided to wash our hands. To make matters worse, the sheets appeared dirty, and we were only given one pillow for the room. If you are looking for the cheapest possible place to sleep for a single night, this hotel may be enough. However, if you are staying for more than a night or two and want even basic comfort and service, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Location is amazing, easy to access and to arrive by metro from the airport The wifi is really bad, losing connection non stop and 8mbps at the apartment room. Unfortunately that was a need since I had some working meetings that didn’t fit my expectations There’s no mini fridge as well

El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a resolver los problemas. Las habitaciones son muy delgadas y realmente se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo y habitaciones colindantes. La ubicación si bien está en el centro, de ese lado de la gran vía se siente muy inseguro caminar por ahí. Una habitación que nos dieron tenía agua en el piso por el aire acondicionado, la otra a la que nos cambiaron olía a moho y de ahí, la tercera estuvo aceptable. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y hacía mucho calor, se sentía sofocante dentro de la habitación.
