Nice looking pods clean everywhere, nice kitchen/shared space. Would recommend to have more mugs in kitchen,maybe a tv and possibly bit more of a space to put things whilst using shower facilities, apart from that everything perfect x Nothing wrong

Great location, everything was clean, bed overall comfortable too. Not the place to go if you want to socialise as there was nothing organised and no engaging social area. Our pod had pretty weak airflow into it so we slept with the door open to get aircon in. Pods also quite creaky but that can be overcome with some earplugs

We were met by friendly staff. The showers were very clean with good privacy. The pods are private and within rooms so it's quiet and feels safe. There's AC in the room and pod. I chose a double bed and I slept so well. The kitchen is nice but could benefit from mugs for hot drinks and easier access to water but the staff are happy to help with anything you need.

Close to the city The bed is uncomfortable to move . This is capsule #20. Every little move the bed is making a sound which is uncomfortable for me that I disturb my neighbors. I hope you could fix this because other beds are not as loud as this bed.

Had an amazing time. Very comfortable, easy access to all the facilities, and friendly staff. Huge thanks to the lovely Paola, who was a wonderful host, very helpful, easygoing, and great to chat with. Will definitely love to come back Honestly, nothing. I have no complaints about my stay.

Very nice place Almost nothing, except that the capsules are not connected with an AC. And a bit late check in time

The location was pretty good, close to everything. The bed is creaky, even if you move a little bit, it squeaks. And you can even hear the noises from other capsules.

The location is so convenient to Madrid hotspots There’s no shower curtain at the shower area, hence, water was spreading all over the bathroom
