I stayed there three times in less than two months. The staff, especially Rodrigo, went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to accommodate some unusual requests. I was in a different type of room each time: private double with shared bathroom, private double with en suite bathroom, and a four bunk room. All were clean, comfortable and quiet. The common area offered a variety of seating arrangements for privacy or socializing. Located one block from a busy commercial road with groceries,restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies, subway and busses, but far enough away to avoid the noise. That I had to leave.

I booked private room with bathroom. The room was clean and the facilities were nice. The bed was big and super comfy Towels were a bit dirty with some stains. It would be nice to provide shampoo and shower gel in better packaging. It was a bit uncomfortable

The location is very accessible with bus and metro. Easy to find also. It would be even better when the bath soap and shampoo is bigger the size than they gave.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a big advantage, especially during the hot weather. Although our room faced the street, it was surprisingly peaceful and we could not hear any noise. The metro station is very close, making it easy to reach the city centre. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of food to choose from. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.
