Spacious room. Staff were friendly. Was quite far away from Barajas metro station (around 10 minutes walk). No kettle and fridge in room but you can get hot water at lobby.

Helpful guy on reception, which is open 24 hours/day. Snack bar open all the time at reception, a few simple meal options - other restaurants close by. Decent choice of things for breakfast. No airport shuttle bus and no convenient public transport from the airport, which is close but 1.5km to walk. Seemed more down-market than other Ibis hotels we've stayed in before (the advert for RyanAir air crew also suggested they catered for more downmarket clientele than some airport hotels). The carpet design both looked messy and showed the dirt.

Reasonably priced and great location for an early flight the next day. Good breakfast included in the price. Friendly staff. The thermostat in my room was noisy and woke me up several times.
