staff were nice and location was fine. Really bad hotel for someone who wants to travel with comfort. The AC dont work and is like some system used in the last century, the room service is pretty much not existent (they never around and ask you to come down to reception .__.) rooms dirty and have hairs everywhere, after 10pm the front door kind of dont work and you rely on the receptionist to open the door for you. the worse overall was the AC - get used to sleeping hot in the madrid summer bc its really not normal AC is like super old stuff and kind of analog system that barely works lol It seems they wanna look like expensive hotel but once youre in you feel in a cheap hotel.

Excelente ubicación y las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. He estado varios años consecutivos en el hotel y aunque el desayuno sigue siendo bueno, antes contaba con la opción de un espectacular buffet y ahora se solicita a la carta. La experiencia cambió por completo. También me llamó la atención que ahora los amenities para el baño, deben solicitarse a la recepción. Aunque sigue siendo un buen hotel, esos detalles hacían la experiencia inolvidable.
