It was brilliant. Staff were great and friendly. 5 minute walk to a metro station that gets you into the centre of madrid within 10 minute. Easy to access from the airport on the metro. Restaurant was great, pool was lovely, had a gym with weights, a treadmill and a bike. We loved it and would come back!

Clean, modern and nice amount of space Air conditioning was not working at all. We asked for maintenance several times. They came and said they fixed it. It wasn’t fixed and no remedy was offered. Our stay was uncomfortable because it was hot and the bed felt like cardboard.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the unexpected little touches and thoughtful gestures that made my stay even more enjoyable. The only small points for improvement would be the pillows, which were not quite to my personal preference, and unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast or the menu, although they both looked very appealing.

Classicly Spanish hotel with extensive breakfast. The location is a bit of a hole to shopping.
