Tight room, uncomfortable and small sized bed, pillows thinner than my hand. No hot water in shower and had to take a cold shower in 2026. However it was fixed in 1.5 hours. Communication prior to arrival is nice, however it led to a situation that pressures us about arrival. They asked us approximate time of arrival, then texted during road trip, kept texting right before arrival and called us three times.

All good ?

From the moment we walked into the reception to the corners of our private room, everything was spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond and were very helpful with everything we needed during our stay. Room's size is very small. The furniture, AC, TV etc. are old but everything does the job. You get what you pay for so it's okay

Very clean and excellent value. Good location for walking the city. There is no person at the desk. However, communication with the proprietor was excellent and we were met by someone at the time of arrival.

Room itself was comfortable, clean, access by elevator, good location Winner of the world's tiniest bathrooms competition

Host was very helpful

Exactly what we expected from pictures and description. High quality service from the host. The location is superb. The water temp in the shower was unstable.

Rooms are very small

Good location, one of the best you can find in Madrid. There were many supermarkets and restaurants around. Very close to La Latina and Puerta del Toledo metro stations. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, even helped us arrange a taxi for airport. The bathroom was very small and my room didn’t have a desk to work at. It would also be nice to have a kettle to make some tea or coffee.

In the heart of the Latino community. Close to shops and restaurants. Walkable to the Prado Museum and Imperial Palace. Great authentic pizza place just up the street. I wish I’d had more time to explore the area. 2 days are not enough

Location excellent, close to centre, good vive in the neighbourhood. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Noise from other guests (just bad luck I guess). Room cramped.
-
Clean, great location near metro and La Latina neighbourhood. It’s a rather small room and not very soundproof.
-
Room too small for 2. Very tight bathroom not enough plugs no tea facilities

Paoer-thin walls mean you hear everything at all hours and over four nights we had noisy people late at night...1am etc. We coped, including knocking on next door to tell them to quite down, but if you're a light sleeper, it would be tough. Also couples should note bed might be against one side wall, which is less convenient. We read similar comments so were warned.

Nice location right in the center and accessible to all places Not so good isolated. You can hear everything from other rooms so it was a bit annoying especially at night
