Very close to the airport and the shuttle option was amazing and very convenient. Ruben, the driver, was extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great, good for the value paid, restaurant staff was amazing as well. Rooms were very clean and spacious, housekeeping staff was wonderful! Front desk staff was incredible, 5 stars customer service. Overall, the staff of the hotel is excellent. We've spent 10 days in Spain and no one else treated us like them!!! Beds were hard, and the electric wiring of the rooms is not helpful since it is all connected together and if you turn off the lights you don't get power on some of the outlets.

When arrived airport bus was there to take me to hotel. Check in went smooth. Staff were courteous and professional. Room clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast fits my expectations. Definitely will stay over again.

Breakfast Room Comfy Bed Shuttle service stops at 11pm :( Our flight arrived at 10:30 and even though it was domestic, we can't possibly make it because of how large the airport is. We had to spend on an Uber. Most hotels kept their shuttles until far, far later.

Very little. It was the worst and last Marriot I will stay in. Dark, rundown and disorganized. Not worth the price. I give it a 2 stars at best.

The staff at AC Marriott was exceptionally helpful. I felt cared for in ways that were comforting while traveling. They exceeded my expectations and will definitely be staying there when traveling from Madrid. The airport shuttle was absolutely a benefit.

The food wasn't good and pricey for the quality. And since there is no restaurant in the environment , there was no choice but to eat there.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful answering any questions I had. The beds and room amenities were good as was the restaurant food. The location, price of the room, and the free shuttle to the airport were the reasons for my choice. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Spain. Room lighting is a little dark. The half glass shower partition is too short. Water splashes on the floor when showering. Charging stations are all near the floor. There should be one on the desk.
