Fantastic hotel right next to the airport, we had a good night's sleep, quiet and peaceful. It was clean and super convenient, very comfortable bed. Really good price, too.

Breakfast included with hotel was sufficient and met expectations. Only one elevator was working.

Low price per night. Good breakfast. Short time from airport, good for those who need spend a night between flights. The hotel should be soundproof, but our room wasn't. There's no kettle in the room, only a coffee machine in the lobby, which isn't convenient. No luggage stand in the room. Beds are moving suddenly because legs have wheels without stoppers.

The neighborhood can feel a little sketchy but I had no bad experience walking around during daytime. There is one restaurant within walking distance but not much else. A great place to stay if you need to spend the night close to the airport but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

El hotel queda un poco alejado de todo. Si sales del centro de madrid tienes que ir en un bus inter-ciudad. Tiene un restaurante abajo para desayunar.

Clean, close to the airport and had everything we needed. The free 24h coffee and tea stand was a nice and thoughtful touch. Staff were also friendly. The bed wasn’t super comfortable.

That a room was available on short notice. Breakfast was great. The beds were hard and there were no blankets on the bed other than a sheet. The young ladies who work the reception area behaved as if they were doing me a favor. They were not friendly and seemed not to enjoy their work. I felt as if I was bothering them by the faces they made when I asked for something, maybe it is because I was from the United States and over 65 years of age.

The hotel is well located, less than 10 minutes from the airport, which made transportation very convenient. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. I also appreciated that reception is open 24 hours a day and that coffee machine options are available around the clock. The TV casting option was also a great feature and a very convenient addition for guests. Breakfast could offer more options, especially eggs. Eggs are an important part of my diet, and I was expecting more variety and availability. The bathroom could benefit from more thorough cleaning. The blankets were quite thin. A thicker and cozier blanket would make the room much more comfortable, especially during colder nights.

It covered the basics, it was quiet and comfortable. Yuki’s mom was very polite and professional, give this lady a raise. No amenities. The area was a dump with limited options for dining. The other young lady working the front desk does not belong in the service industry.

Magnificent breakfast! Specially for prepating for a long flight back home. The Uber only $20.00 to Airport, for it is just like 20 minutes away from Barajas. That was our main wish. I liked everything because the idea was to get to the airport first thing after breakfast. But for those wishing to see Madrid center you will always need a car to get to other places.

The parking door could be hardly opened by the staff by remote control but they managed to open it.

Location was away from any food area, you have take a taxi to look for meal-lunch and dinner.

Property is conveniently located by the airport. We stayed at this hotel for one night before we flew out the next day. It was good for one night. Would not wanted to stay for multiple nights. Staff was mostly friendly and very accommodating - only exception was the rude girl asking us our room number for breakfast. Was not as clean as I would have preferred it to be, but based on the price and convenient location, I would probably consider staying again for a night but not an extended stay.

Close proximity to the airport, clean rooms, free coffee. No USB type plugs to charge up phones. Definitely bring your converter with you. Make sure it has a plug so you can charge your phone overnight.
