Good location on the main avenue of Madrid . Central location Room was very small . Wall to wall carpet made it feel even more stuffy . Colors used in the room decor were not to my style. Orange and brown .

Everything. The design and fit out are exceptional. The staff were incredible.

Very good location, helpful stuff, cool rooms and cute spa. We couldn’t enjoy the terrace/rooftop since it was closed for private events all through our stay, which is a shame.

Gym 24/7, smell all around the common areas, service and staff were so helpful and profesional. Food: the yogurt, spreads, salads, fresh fruit and all the egg options were amazing. We really enjoyed breakfast every morning here. Croissants were incredible :) They can offer a better pillow option for the bed, one that is not too flat and can accommodate to people who need a bit more support.

The Staff is exceptional! Astrid, Diego, Laura at the Concierge are absolute top notch professionals! The food at the hotel is very good. The layout of the rooms is an absolute disaster. Imagine your bed in the middle of a bazar. It is supposed to be “ the style “ of the hotel having all kind of “ exhibited stuff all over the room” buy it ends up being the liability. There is not a table to eat, work, write a note at! I found the stay stressful and more over disrespectful. I should not have to eat my food on Bed! pretty disgraceful sitting in the middle of the bed and having your hamburger because the hotel prefers to provide my room with a guitar ? instead of a table… The beds are terrible by the way!?

The design and feel. Fab restaurant. Great reception and door staff….although we didn’t find out about roof terrace until we were leaving The restaurant staff could have been better. Slightly disorganised.

What a great hotel. smaller but impeccably designed and the room was so comfortable and thoughtful, I would return in a heartbeat.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The welcome, service, clean, and room organization were incredible. One thing I especially liked is that every night they prepare the room for sleep by placing vitamins, a night mask, and checking that everything is perfect. I highly recommend anyone visiting Madrid to stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Diego for his warm welcome and excellent treatment. He was always happy to help us with anything we needed, such as recommending places to visit and making reservations.

The fact that you only get 1 bottle of water a day & charged 7 euros for each extra. Although i paid 555 euros per night. Limited breakfast menu for the included one.
