There were a few problems. The first was that unfortunately there was an abandoned and half-built building next to the hotel, where a group of people lived. There was no electricity and they lived in the dark, which was not pleasant at all because it gave a feeling of insecurity. The second was the very small beds in the rooms, which made it difficult for two people to sleep on the bed. The third was the lack of variety in the breakfast. As a hotel, I think it should have offered a better breakfast service.

Good ac, comfortable beds Didn't have enough space for the hotel guests in their shuttle- that is why I chose the property- I probably won't stay at these hotels in the future
-
Great front desk personnel, good restaurant, great proximity to airport, very comfortable room, would book again without hesitation. coffee in lobby could be free

It's my second time at this hotel. It's my go-to choice. The bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is great.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent and staff was outstanding-especially Sara. Friendly staff. Locations fairly close to Barajas Airport. Service was much superior here than the large hotel we stayed in earlier downtown Madrid. Food in restaurant for dinner was mediocre. but staff friendly.

Comfortable clean and quiet room. Good restaurant, this is important because there is nothing in the neighborhood. 15 minute ride to the airport. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Much nicer than the hotels the airlines put you in when they mess up your connection. The neighborhood does not look very nice and there are no shops or restaurants nearby.

We left too early for breakfast. They said it wasn’t included. The restaurant food in the evening was so so.

I was skeptical of a hotel near the airport and major highway but this Crowne Plaza was designed with transient traveler in mind with rooms away from noise and properly insulated. The rooms were clean and very modern and the restaurant/bar was clean, trendy, and food was very good along with professional staff. Nothing.

Excellent breakfast enjoyed by my wife and I. Buffet was awesome, and coffee was essential to start the day Busy highway but that can’t be helped

Cleaning The shuttle service

Modern, clean Could not adjust the thermostat. Shower floor did not feel slip-proof enough. The switch for the desk lamp was all the way under the wide desk. For the price of the room, I absolutely expected to have a full size walk-in shower. The hand soap dispenser was completely empty.

After waiting an hour we were told the problem was resolved and were taken to our room. However, the room we were taken to was not the King Disability room we reserved 8 months earlier; it contained 2 doubles and had no disability features. We were not told this before we were taken to the room or when we were taken to the room. Instead we needed to discover this ourselves. When I told the staff that I had reserved a disability room 8 months earlier, but did not get one, we were told that the room was mistakenly given to the person with the same last name as ours and they had no other Disabled rooms. I asked if at least a shower chair could be brought in since I suffer intense back pain if required to stand for a prolonged period. I was brought a large metal chair which was taken from the patio. This chair was so big that it took up every inch of the tiny shower and was completely unusable. As a result I suffered considerable pain since I had to take the shower standing up the whole time. Also the toilet was extremely low and had nothing to hold onto while trying to get up. I don't necessarily need a metal rail to stand up and have always been able to get up off a toilet, even when it's not set up for mobility impaired people. BUt this toilet had absolutely nothing to use to help me get up, and I was only able to do so with the help of my wife. When I mentioned these deficiencies to the hotel staff, all I got was a very insincere apology, but nothing else. No reduced price for not getting what I had reserved or for having had a difficult time.
