There was always a smell from the toilets. But after opening the balcony, it went away.

The location The kind of room they give to me. Pretty small. Without blinds. The bed was terrible

Very small room

Was my first time on hostel , and was wonderful Will be my second home in Madrid The room was small and cozy , and had everything what we need the bathroom it’s a big size to me that’s better because I don’t like small bathroom And it’s spotless clean ! Very good ar conditioner . Only the keys was a little stiff But nothing terrible

I liked the location and the kindness of the staff. the bed linen looked worn out (too old) giving tha feeling that they were not very clean.

Location, Small room

Nice and clean small room but still spacious enough. The building they're in (along with other hostals) has this absurd night curfew policy. You have to ring a bell and wait some time for someone to let you in or out. Very inconvenient! And what's with the no guests policy?! What are we - teenagers?!

Location was great! Doors to the building locked much earlier than expected, which made getting back to our room more challenging than we anticipated.

The location is so good. Close to everywhere. We had room with balcony for city view, but it is so noisy. It is not that easy to sleep. They clean room everyday when we requested but bathroom door lock was broken and ae couldnt close door. When we had bath , water flew the floor . Bathroom smell was disturbing. We had use air spray to remove bad smell.

I liked the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The pillows and sheets were slightly dirty and the room was very small.

Perfect location in the historical center of Madrid. Close to the parks, the palace, metro station, and lots of restaurants and bars. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and affordable stay. Directions on how to get to the hostel once in the building.

Great location, very new and clean and a beautiful building. You double or queen size beds were very uncomfortable, they put two twins together and use a mattress topper, but if you're sleeping together as a couple of the mattresses the split and you can't sleep together you have to sleep on the ends. It was very uncomfortable

Location is excellent The shower plate was not properly installed, the water came out and damped the floor of the whole bathroom

The location was great. We requested for an earlier check in but the room couldn't be ready in time, however there was a shower we could use which was great as we came from long over 10h flights. Room was quite small.
