Elevator, air conditioning in the room that we had control over, fridge, black out curtains, toiletries, friendly staff, breakfast was good, bed comfortable, key card room entry. The fridge didn't seem to be very cold. The bathtub fills with water while you're in the shower. The website says they speak English, but I felt that the staff preferred Spanish.

Location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast was really good too.

Location was great , breakfast was decent. Staffs were helpful. There is no ramp or lift from the street level to the lobby. This can be a major issue if someone has a heavy luggage or has mobility issues. It was quite a surprise.
