The shuttle they say is the shuttle is going to be every hour but from 8:00am to 9am10am no shuttle

not clean at all very hard to get from the airport with the shuttle, and the property was not well taken care of and the staff was very rude

Al llegar tuvimos que esperar para hacer checkin como 30 minutos. Tuvimos una mala experiencia con el restaurante porque al llegar nos indicaron que no estaba abierto de una manera muy poco amable sin indicar que si tenían bebidas. Las máquinas dispensadoras de comida que tienen tampoco funcionaban con tarjeta. En la recepción fuimos a cambiar efectivo para probar las máquinas y el señor que estaba ahí no fue nada amable en responder a pesar de la explicación que le dimos. Sin embargo, había una señorita que si fue muy amable y nos quiso ayudar pero realmente no funcionaban las máquinas y tampoco tenían como cambiarnos efectivos. Desde la habitación tampoco hay servicio al restaurante así que tienes que ir.

Pool. Breakfast standard but okay. Rooms were clean. Staff was attentive and nice. Pool was convenient. Location is okay if you have your own transportation.

Nothing Check in took 30 min and we were the only people there. Dirty, rude staff, waited 1.5 hours for shuttle to hotel which staff said was on way then took a 22eu taxi, only 7:30 or 11 am option for morning shuttle to airport, bed super hard and poor quality, nowhere to buy anything near hotel and coke was 4.5eu. No coffee maker in room and no coffee available from restaurant unless you buy full buffet. Terrible stay avoid this place. Every time staff had a chance to be helpful they chose to be rude.

I needed a secure WiFi link and was very disappointed you do not have theis. I did not see anything or was told anything about paying for WiFi. If I needed to pay for a secure WIFi link, I would have done so. The shuttle pick up in the morning was unorganized. They did not have enough room for all the people that needed to go. It was a 6 am pick-up.

The hotel is very close to the airport. There is an airport shuttle service that makes traveling between the airport and the hotel easy. My suite was very clean, spacious, and comfortable for one person. I also had breakfast at the hotel, and it was convenient. The hotel is a bit difficult to reach by public transportation, whether you're coming from the airport or the city center. Check-in also took some time because there was a long queue at reception. Apart from that, everything else was great.

Had a major issue with this hotel as an advertises airport shuttle could not get anybody to answer where the shuttle would be picking up and then when I got to the hotel, they said that they were not running it Additionally, for the morning return, I had to leave four hours earlier as the last shuttle to the airport left at 7:30 AM even though my flight was not until 11

as we arrived to the hotel, we had to make a line for 45mins to check in. After we received the room keys they didn't work and had to come down to front desk twice. Room was clean but walls were completely dirty. No maintenance at all. Surroundings of the hotel were creepy and isolated. Last time in that hotel. MAINTENANCE, invest a little more money. Capacitate your front desk personal.

The room was big and comfortable. The location is not close to anything. I waited in a line for almost an hour to check in and by the time I was through the line the restaurant had closed for lunch and it was gonna open again at eight for dinner, which is way too late when you have to leave at 2:30 for an early flight so I probably won’t stay there again because of that.

I paid for the night, but didn't stay I booked a different hotel. The location is very bad. I didn't feel safe leaving my car there overnight.

Closed to the airport. The room(Junior Suit) was spacious and comfortable. Parking space also sufficient. Their food and beverage offering was minimum to basic standard.

The inside was nice. It seemed updated. The staff was very welcoming and kind and did a great job. To start we arrived and had to wait an hour and a half for check in. There was some flight cancelations someone said, so that wasn’t too big of an issue. That stuff happens. But once we got our room we went to get food from the restaurant. It was a buffet with the most bland, cold food (that was supposed to be warm). My family of four tried all of the different options to find out that all of it was not great. Then we went to check out and it was $20 a plate for the adults and $13 for the kids. Let’s put it this way, this was no more than a $10 a person meal. Way over priced. So we decided to go take a walk around to see what else was outside of the hotel. Come to find out we are surrounded by abandoned buildings. They all were missing windows and balcony doors, large buildings multiple stories, just completely run down. Living inside of the buildings looked to be many families of squatters. They seemed to be living their life, we have no complaints about them. But for spending over 300€ to stay at a hotel where there were no options for food outside of what they provided and not within walking distance of absolutely anything. I think more fair price would be around 70-100€ a night and if you’re going to sell the food, either make food that is at least halfway decent or charge 8-10€ a plate.

I waited three hours to get my room. There was a concert and they did not let anyone check in until 4 o'clock and there were hundreds of people checking at the same time. They tried to check in early and the hotel refused them creating a wait of three hours. Inexcusable. They only had two receptionists on duty.

Clean, comfortable hotel. The hotel shuttle did not run according to schedule. I waited at the terminal for a shuttle pickup that did not arrive. I had to take a taxi instead. The hotel telephone number set up for the shuttle service provided only general information, and no one answered questions.

Parts of the hotel were a little dated, but everything was very clean.

Nice room, friendly staff, quiet for sleeping. The shuttle seemed a bit slow to pickup at the airport.
