Good location, very comfortable bed. Staff and cleanliness were also good. I would stay there again. Small breakfast dining room, it felt crowded. With a bigger space they could offer more options as well.

The hotel is indeed newly renovated. You can see and feel it in the rooms and within other facilities. The rooms are spacious. There is a kettle and complementary water. The room and the hotel itself look fresh and comfortable. Same goes for breakfast with a variety of foods and drinks, which is higher than you would see at other hotels in Spain. We want to highlight the behaviour of the reception staff, especially Helen, who helped us and even called on to make sure everything’s fine in the room. Brilliant! We also booked a bit early so the price was very friendly. Additionally, they have lockers for the bags to store before check in or after check out, which are securely closed with an individual key. It is located practically in the centre of the city with perfect connection to anywhere in Madrid. I think generally everything was great. Only two things that I would probably leave as a feedback. First, the soundproofing of the door. It’s nice with the walls, windows and so on, you can barely hear outside word or neighbours. But you can hear everything in the corridor, especially cleaning staff in the morning. I would probably suggest redesigning the doors. Secondly, tea was not renewed when it had finished. Although, that is not something you would expect at a 3 star hotel.

The location was absolutely perfect, just a 1 min walk to Sol Metro Station, which is very convenient, no need to take a taxi from the airport. The facility was clean and the personnel was very attentive and kind.

We loved staying here everything was amazing The location the staff the room all are perfect The room and bathroom were spacious and clean They did the cutest gesture as we told them we were celebrating our anniversary so when we arrived to our room we found champagne and chocolate with a card wishing us happy anniversary

being in pedestrian areas is awesome. Having a balcony was amazing, relaxing and gave us extra space. breakfast was incredible, for variety, options and changed in something every day. i was expecting bikes as it was mentioned but they were not in service anymore
