Excellent location. Swinging door for the bathroom which doesn’t give privacy. No individual control of the temperature of the Air Conditioner.

Ok to be honest... great location.. really nice people working there... valus for money yes... Rooms are nothing great / we had 2 rooms one was OK other rooms was very small with NO windows... toilets are ok / doors are not great.. Will I stay again - NO... but if on budget its really value for money on the arrival you notice poor walls / paints are old / door looks old... toilets door has no locks / it doesn't close properly...

The room was fine for a basic stay, but it definitely feels dated. A few things need attention: the A/C rattles, the floor is uneven, and an outlet plate pulls loose when you unplug a charger. It is a decent space, it just needs some TLC.

The room was well sized for 2 adults and a teenager. Location: 1/2 block from la Gran Via. The room was fine for a basic stay, but it definitely feels dated. The hotel is perfect and the location is wow, just beside primark and the staff were very friendly and this made our stay very good nothing everything was good

Location is perfect on Gran Via, in the middle of the middle of the main road for shopping, restaurants, bars and close to the underground. We did not book breakfast but being so central we had a tiny corner shop perfect for early morning coffee. I can not mention one thing that I did not like
