The check-in experience on arrival was not particularly welcoming. The room itself was clean and okay for a one-night stay, but quite basic. What surprised us most was the location. For an airport hotel, it is actually quite far from the airport — we needed an Uber and around 15 minutes to get there. We also had dinner at the hotel. It was okay, but nothing special. Overall, fine for one night before or after a flight, but don't expect too much. What we liked least was the service. At check-in, we had to wait quite a long time while staff were talking in the back, and we simply didn't feel very welcomed or important as guests. After a long day of travelling, we went to the restaurant. The food came quickly and was fine, but again the service felt very neutral, with very little friendliness or personal attention. Overall, the biggest disappointment was definitely the lack of warmth and hospitality from the staff. For an airport hotel welcoming tired travellers, a little more friendliness would make a big difference.

Exceptional service. We forgot a suitcase at the hotel and they promptly got a taxi to take it to the airport. Tou do have to pay for the shuttle to the airport.

The staff was very helpful with getting a taxi for me. It's a convenient location to the airport. The breakfast isn't free, but it had a great selection of food and beverages. My bed was super comfortable. It's a good value for the price of the stay. I can't think of anything I didn't like.
