The staff was kind, cleanliness, location was excellent, air conditioning and frigobar working very well.

Close to everything in downtown
-
The ceiling in the triple room was very low and the bathroom was incredibly small. Difficult to get air in this triple room only a skylight available for air. Also very dark
-
Perfect location! Bathroom was very tiny, but was fine for 2-night stay.

Location was amazing. Staff were great. Rooms were clean. It is really in the heart of Madrid and we loved that. Rooms were a little small, not enough place for the open luggage.

My data of the hotel reservation was stolen and I got a fake email from the « hôtel » to charge money. I thought the email was real since it had all the data I had provided to the hôtel, but it was a scam. The hôtel should have offered a discount

El.desayuno es bastante poco variado y precario para lo que se paga por el

Great location within walking distance of downtown Madrid. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable rooms and kind, polite staff. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with many LGBTQ+ venues. As I was traveling with a child, I found the area less suitable for a family stay. It is also very lively and noisy, especially in the evenings. The rooms are small and do not include a desk or table for working, reading, or writing.

A tiny room

Location was amazing. Just 5 min and you were in the city center. All attractions, palaces and monuments were walking distance. For us breakfast was included. The front desk gives a voucher to eat at a restaurant 5 min away. There are 6-7 standard options. Rooms were very neat and clean. Rooms were very small. Bathrooms were super compact with the toilet seat jammed super close to the wash basin. If not careful, one nudge and your tooth brush will fall into the toilet seat. But then this is Madrid. Everything is compact and expensive. What do you expect.

The location is very central. The rooms are clean and the toilet was extremely nice with a massage bathtub. They also have a storage area for luggages. The restaurant to have breakfast is not within the hotel. Its like a 5min walk away from the hotel but the food options are good.

Toilet space in the bedroom is not comfortable. Too compact. Breakfast option is fair.

Location and cleanliness Rooms were small

Perfect location, queer neighborhood, perfect to go to queer bars and clubs, 3 minutes walk to the grand via, a lot of shops and restaurants. I stayed in a room with the balcony to the street, you can hear some noises, but nothing out of expected for being so close to the clubs, having two on the same street. Bed is not so comfortable but for the price is good.

Location is very good, there is a small balcony where you can have some fresh air. Rooms are really small, bathroom is super small, really cramped space. even though i was alone this place is not enough space , there are no bedside tables or anything . the room was super cold , the device which controls the temperature does not work, its centralized so you have to go to reception for changing the temperature. there is no phone in the room to talk to reception, you have to walk down there for everything. The breakfast is like 200 meters away and with one dish you can take, no buffey. receptionist were good but one night new fellow came and he was asking for money for water in cash even in the beginning it was said water is complementary, this is very strange in a 3 star hotel. the two other receptionist were good though, there are no other facilities .... I cannot recommend it to anyone.
