We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel in Magenta, conveniently located near Milan. Everything was excellent, including the room service, breakfast, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The reception staff, both in the morning and evening, were extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mr. Emad for his warm hospitality and outstanding assistance. He is a wonderful person who genuinely cares about the guests. I also noticed how kindly and attentively he helped other guests, which truly reflects the high standards and hospitality of the hotel. A special thank-you also goes to Ms. Sabrina, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival and made the check-in process quick and easy. Thank you to the hotel management and the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Whenever we return to this area near Milan, this hotel will definitely be our first choice and the place where we will always stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel was only a short walk away from the Magenta train station. The air conditioning wasn't working, laundry service was unavailable, there was no kettle provided in the room, and one of the male staff members was quite unhelpful.

Children stay free. What they forgot to say if that if they stay free they sleep on the floor because the bed is extra, and it comes as a surprise

The hotel is right across the street from the train station, and a short walk from the piazza/city center. We had a suite, so two rooms put together, and the 3 of us had a lot of space. The furniture was old and the showers were VERY small and not modern at all. The water pressure was great but there was an odd smell. The beds were fairly comfortable but definitely not luxurious.

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. I enjoyed my stay. The one issue I have is they promised to email my receipt and I still don't have it.

Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly. Works in progress on sealing. Just couple of parking spots free of charge.

Heating is not adjustable, it cant be turned of so you feel like a dry sausage in the morning. Giovanni is polite as always.
