NOTHING! This property does not look anything like the photographs. The reception area and bar gave me the creeps and made me feel unsafe then the room I was shown to was dark and dingy and right beside the busy very noisy road. I felt so in nerved that I left right away. I expressed my concern to management but they did not care at all would not refund me and when I mentioned feeling unsafe they turned that around and said they comply with all safety features meaning fire doors etc. DO NOY STAY HERE It felt unsafe for a single female to stay there and the fact that the photographs on booking.com had been taken (edited?) to make the hotel look modern and nice made me even more uncomfortable. The bar area that I had to walk through had dirty closed curtains. The hotel sign is falling apart and I suppose that should have been a clue. DO NOY STAY HERE I have stayed in hundreds of booking.com properties and this is the only one I felt I had to leave. Booking.com was unable to resolve this situation even though they have been promising to do so for a month now.

Walking distance from the hotel about 6 minutes on paved pedestrian path. interacted with several members of staff and they were all great friendly and helpful -- breakfast was a delight with fresh fruit and local pastries. The room was small but all you need was there, very clean and comfortable They did provide luggage storage for us early in the day so we could explore Porto. and there is a lovely outdoor seating area. Seriously nothing

My room is one the first floor, which is quite close to the receptionist. I would suggest people to take one at the end of the hallway if they prefer more quite Environment for sleep.

Walking distance to airport, walking distance to several restaurants and grocery store. Small garden where you could eat food you had delivered or brought in. Accommodating host, good basic hotel for a night.

Location. 5-minutes walk from airport. Quiet and friendly front desk staff when check-in. Even helped carry our luggage up to second floor. Room a little small. No bottled water provided. No dedicated bath towel as its 1 medium towel for hand, face and wipe dry after shower. For the price we paid, come one!

Strong smell of disinfectant/cleaning product, therefore did not sleep well. Hotel noisy in early am.

Clean. Able to walk to the airport. Wonderful staff. Nice little patio out back.

The location! Excessive mold throughout the room. The electrical socket beside bed did not work. No where to put luggage or belongings.
