The location is very good, and the staff is helpful when I checked out I was waiting for the key for about 1 hours after checked in since I moved to the another room due to the previous room they were given to me having a terrible smell. I guess its a smoking room or something, but I requested to move to the another room and I have to wait for the key for that long.

I purchased the room based mostly on price, but also proximity to the airport. The room is small. I bought it for a friend traveling from a remote location. He said the room was not so clean. The properly literally NEVER responded to any messages from me written in English. In local language, they responded quickly. I will cancel the reservation for his return, and will not stay again.

Good location, value for money and close to food stall, kiosk and mini market around the hotel Walls and floors of the room and bathroom so dirty, its like never been cleaned for long. Linen / bed sheet, pillow sheet and towel looks dirty. Need to renewal all the linens and change the bed as well.
