Location in airport was easy Disgusting room; so dirty. Blood on the sheets. Spit stains in sink. Gross shower. Water leaking from toilet.

The hotel is right inside the airport. I don’t know how people are complaining about having difficulty finding the hotel. When you come out of arrival at the airport, go to the 3rd floor to the departure area. Go inside and the hotel is next to Bangi coffee shop. You can’t missed it. It was so convenient, I was walking around the airport in my pyajamas?. Hotel is small but comfortable and clean. The staffs are very polite and nice. The water pressure was not so great. There is quite a walk from the reception to the rooms.

it was quiet and in the airport. I felt like I was either going to die in a fire or get bedbugs. Run down, stained sheets. Water in the hall carpet.

The location is great for a quick stopover between flights and is very economical. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was poor - very little of anything as most was gone. This was supposedly due to those who were fasting having eaten earlier than we did. However, the food should have been replenished for those eating later.

Very close to airport. Coming out of arrivals in old part of airport, take an immediate 180 right. Walk through the construction door opening, and u will see hotel on right. Bed was comfortable Dirty, silly green lights plus no soap in shower. Took several hours before air conditioner cooled room

At the airport, so it is good to stay there, if you have an early flight. The have free shuttle to the departure hall. And the shower is hot :) There‘s a lot of construction at the airport, so it‘s not so easy to get there (you have to find your way through the construction site). It is the former Ibis budget, so it‘s very basic. And also not so clean.

Good hotel to stay before the early flight. Free of charge drop off to the airport. Good breakfast. Rooms are small but there is everything you need. Friendly service. Little shops to get some cold drinks and snacks.

The hotel is literally on the airport grounds. The shuttle in the morning was prepared and efficient. We were at the departure lounge 10 minutes after leaving our room. Rooms were comfortable enough. Although the hotel is on the airport grounds it is nearly impossible to walk between the airport and gates. This was not obvious on map apps. We wasted a lot of time trying to find the hotel on foot. Then we had a long wait for the shuttle to pick us up at the departure area after we called them. There was very limited food selection at the hotel and it is very difficult to get to any other dining. The room was small and should have been cleaner. But, it was comfortable enough.

Cheap accommodation. The shower facilities isn’t user friendly.

Easy to access from arrivals (but not departures). Room was big enough to open luggage Need a car transfer to get back to Departures. Could hear the airport announcements from inside the room so hard to sleep. Towel was ragged. Staff took ages to check in when I arrived 7hrs late at 5:30am

Pleasant

Comfortable for staying for a night. Everything is good. Breakfast is good. This room has a hot shower, nice and clean.
