Room and beds were super comfy, clean and great value. Staff were lovely! Good location near other tourist areas and amenities vs. other parts of Makassar where tourists are less comfortable. Cafe didn’t have many options for breakfast

Hotel is located by the ocean, close to restaurants. Clean, comfortable rooms and bathroom with nice shower.

Location and staff are great. There is some noise at night from the street food market and a bar near by. We chose it because it's near to everything. There was no electricity sockets in the bathroom. You have to do hair drying in the room.

Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Great location by the sea. Excellent views from the top floors. A good Makassar option! Aircon struggled to cool the room down quickly. Bathroom drain was a bit smelly at times.

The place looks kind of new, rooms have a good size and are clean. They have elevator and a coffee area with terrace. Some people of the staff are really helpful.

Rooms are clean We booked the standard rooms and they face a wall. There’s no natural light coming in so day or night looks the same inside the room and lights always need to be turned on

No signal for the tv. We had calling the staff but he did not solve the problems

The location is good, the rooms are reasonable, good cleaning, good shower, good air conditioning. I got ripped off by this hotel!! When I checked in I tried to pay twice with my debit card and it was denied by the machine. I paid the third time with another card and it was accepted. soon after I received the message that the first two attempts were charged in the form of pre-authorization. I spoke to the unfriendly manager and she confirmed the three payments but said that it would not be possible to refund me and that I would get my money back within 14 days. Even if he did, which he didn't, that's absurd!!!! because if I needed the money before, it would not be available. But the manager didn't want to know, she said that there would be no refunds and that was it. I lost the whole day that I stayed in Makassar trying to get my money back and I couldn't find out anything. I have never been so disrespected by a hotel in my life. I thought about calling the police, but I didn't want to get in more trouble and I ended up accepting the loss. Do not stay at this hotel !! Bunch of thieves!! They should at least lose the partnership with booking.com.
