The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and breakfast was good. The bed was dirty and the bathroom was moldy and cramped.

Breakfast of standard quality and of sufficient choice plus staff willingness to try to solve the issues were probably the only things I could see positively. I am experienced traveller, definitely no princess and I must say Favor is one of the most horrible hotels at this price level I have ever visited. It's a stinky, dark hole. Filthy bedsheets and linen are full of stains and holes, everything smells after cigarette smoke, equipment is often damaged. We ask for changing the rooms hoping in something better, but nope - all the rooms are the same. The last drop was sh.t spread over hairdryer. We changed the hotel. Asking for compensation, cost of remaining nights at least, has been left unanswered, of course.

The place is nice, stuff are friendly, good position. Rooms are dirty, so much mold I couldn't breath, bed was dirty.

Was not clean, also the sheets were so dirty. After complaining they changed it, but it was also dirty. The Pool was closed, but I think if it would be open, I would not tried to swim- looked very dirty… In the night it was so loud, I could not sleep more than one hour, they also started some construction work during night!!! WTf…

Not much, we stayed that night because we didn’t have any other option, but we left the next morning as soon as we could, so there are a lot of things that we didn’t get to try, like the pool or the breakfast, so no comment there. All the other comments are sadly negative. The worst was the smell, an unbearable smell to smoke that didn’t go away. Next, the safety, we were sleeping and some people came in the room maybe by mistake but still proves that any guest key can open any room, so useless lock basically. The cleanliness was also terrible, stains and hairs all over the bed, cigarrette burns on the couch, dust everywhere, the shower curtain was filthy, there was mould on the bathroom walls… We specifically asked at the reception about the internet connection because we had to work and without doubting a bit he told us it was very good, but in reality it just didn’t work, and the same morning another woman complained about it, so they lied in our faces. We would recommend to stay away from this place, the day we checked out we found a different place at half the price and triple as clean and friendly.

Everything was nice. Smoking in the property, they charge a penalty fee for smoking in the room but besides that you can smoke everywhere. So local guest leave cigarets and dirty ashtrays everywher. But it is comon for people from Sulawesi, but from us Europeans is it incomprehensible to have brakefast in a room where everybody smokes.
