This is easily one of the best hotels in Makassar! A huge thank you to Chef Sigit for the incredible service. He thoughtfully prepared a beautiful, complimentary cake for my daughter while she was competing at the venue, which made our experience so special. I recommend providing Josua Ari Nana with additional training on handling guest requests. Specifically, he would benefit from guidance on when it is appropriate to mention extra charges, as not every request requires it.

The location is not that accessible. The main highway outside is crowded and there's no pedestrian lane and seems very dangerous for people that are just walking, especially the motorcycles. The smell of the room, it smells old and moldy.

Breakfast, spacious room Elevators were slow and malfunctioning, furniture in the rooms are old, we had to ask for several (basic) amenities that were missing (towels, hairdryer). The food in the restaurant is okay, but not excellent. Quite some showers didn’t have warm water.

The staff were helpful and nice. The rooms air-conditioning didn't work at all. After 2 days at 28C watching maintenance come and go I finally got moved to a different room. Doesn't anybody check the rooms for this before renting out? The food in the hotel was basic at best, nothing but 7-11 and street carts in the area. The Location is terrible and requires taxis to do anything. It can take an hour for these at peak times. There is no Bar or Alcohol in the hotel or surrounding walking distance area. An important fact hidden in the hotel advert despite the use of glasses beer in pictures and on the room key card they give you. This hotel has an unusual amount of conference rooms with only 3 elevators, 1 is for residential use only. Expect long waits during office hours.
