Nearly 2 months have passed, and I lost my impression, but the hotel is generally good. Breadfast could be improved with more local foods.

Breakfast very good, rich and full variation. Dont like the hotel because : 1. Facilities very very poor, bath math only 1, toilet tile very slipery after bath or using toilet, Very dangeraous for guest. No shower spray for toilet, and no alternative bucket for wash. Toilet paper very limited only 1 a day. 2. Enter the room and we see very obvious the list of room facilities, very intimidated...if guest broke the glass in toilet, guest must pay this amount. If guest ruin the sheet, must pay this amount. What the hack management think about this, need better solution to explain the guest. 3. In the room only 1 Chair and skiny table. We need to eat on the floor when we order room service, not enough space to put plate, glass etc, and no chair to sit. Hotel supposedly to make guest feel safe and comfort, none whatsoever in this hotel. 3. In the terace right in front of the room, there is a pool, unfortunately no mat around the side, to avoided slipery. Very dangerous...not recomended for family. 4. Need to pay enterance fee to go to the hotel, no free parking...unbelieveable..this is first time in my experience, go to hotel and pay enterance fee...

Evening restaurant menu only had chips/french fries for vegetarians. No restaurants nearby. Long way from the airport for a stopover.

The hotel is centrally located in Makassar. The Front Office staff at the hotel were helpful and dealt with a bad situation professionally. The sheets and mattress were badly stained.

The hotel location is very close with my office at Tello Air conditioner in the outside room was not cool

I choose non smooking room, and what I got was very unpleasant smell room

no comment IMPORTANT: this is not a 4 star hotel / this is an 'up-market hostel' for families who want to take their kids swimming !! Max Warmth Suite - no complimentary room amenities what-so-ever - the rooms and hotel are bare essentials only (albeit reasonably modern and clean) - the balconies are 'open-plan' to one another and have no privacy nor furniture to sit on - the swimming pools are small and crowded with small children - the so-called' 'fitness center' only has one treadmill (broken) and two exercise bikes (old) - the restaurant is canteen-style and the food options are very limited !! we decided to move to another hotel (with 4 star amenities) - however, as a positive, trouble and upset compensation was agreed with the hotel in a professional manner - for the right 'type-of-guests' (ie. families) this 3 star property would be acceptable !!

I like the staff and the Max Bistro. They are good. We stayed in a room at the 1st floor. The room stank and no fresh air. The bathroom was mouldy. There was no fridge in the room. And then we moved to a room at the 2nd floor. The first time we opened the door, the smell of cigarettes was so strong. The room was actually nice with high ceiling and space. But again, the bathroom smell and mouldy.

we like the lovely family room for the private access to pool. It is nice. I am not sore with the bed. But for the queen bed is quite comfy.

Staff was responsive the cleanliness. The room was not cleaned properly. The property maintenance was very bad it seems. Even the cups looked dirty. I saw an insect around one of the plates for breakfast.

the property is clean, friendly and helpful staff, huge, variety pools, kids friendly , inconvenience store around the corner and easy access. Definitely recommended!! adding bidet in the toilet will be great..

Location. Zero maintance since covid. Restaurant staff are nowhere to be seen. Pool is disgusting. Overall a bad experience, over priced.
