No bidet. The weird washing device attached to the toilet iis unfamiliar and am unable to figure out how it works.

Pretty decent for it’s price. Spacious rooms. Ample parking and great location. Understaffed. No leeway. Does not price match if not using booking.com (extra $8). Penalty charge for everything.

Price was not worth it. Room needs to be checked. Seen tiny cockcroaches. Toilet faucet need to be fixed. Room telephone needs to be checked also; not functioning so need to go down if you have concern.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Location is perfect as it is situated in the center of Makati. We foud too many cockroaches and felt like in a cockroaach.farm or Zoo. That was pretty disgusting. I have never seen so many of these "beautiful" animals in one place in my life. There is no real variety in the breakfast and not even eggs. Internet was very weak.

Saw a cockroach in the bathroom and some floor tiles are cracked and sometimes flip over. Ventilation at the CR is noisy.

I liked that the property is budget-friendly and situated close to my office and the locations I am required to visit for work. What I didn’t like about the property is that the facilities were lacking. First, there were no slippers provided, and I had to request them. The telephone wasn’t working, and they had to fix it after I had already checked in. There was no fridge in the room, even though it was listed as part of the facilities when I booked, so they had to bring one from another room. There was also no electric kettle as advertised. The television is not working. Worst of all, there was no chair in the room, even though there was a table, leaving me with no proper place to sit while having a meal, so again, I have to request it.
