Older hotel but very well kept. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Location was at a great spot within walking distance of restaurants and shops. All was good.

location The Wi-Fi is horrible, we've asked for it to be fixed, they tried but it didn't get better. So we just gave up.

love the aesthetic vibe of the place. very neat and in order. on the hotels description, soundproof was indicated on the room features. but it wasn’t.

Rooms are little come to age. Windows very unclean. You could not even look through. Very bright during night due to outside lights shining directly into the room

We ordered our breakfast by room service and everything was great. The Aircon wasn’t working at full strength. Did not affect the stay in a negative way but as an American, I prefer cold to sleep in.

It’s beside Greenbelt (and the connecting malls), so it’s super convenient and accessible. Their restaurant, Le Feu, is also amazing and popular for their high quality unli steak. Superb customer service - from my inquiries, reservations, requests, to the little gestures such as the daily newspaper, having the free breakfast served in the room, and the calendar they gifted us for Christmas. Nothing
