Location directly next to the Greenbelt in Makati is excellent. The hotel is in great condition and is very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. My room was comfortable and spacious with a nice view. Terrific overall value. It's a minor thing, but the pool is just ok. It's a bit sparse with limited shade. Some guests clearly enjoyed the full summer sun, but it was too much for me. I've seen much nicer pools at other hotels in the Makati area.

Our absolute go-to hotel in Makati! Not only do they have the best rates compared to the surrounding five-star properties, but the location is perfect, the breakfast buffet is hands-down one of the best I've ever had, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Almost nothing! Perhaps just a quick upgrade to the in-room TVs.

The people in the pool and in the breakfast are good. It was a horrible experience for me and for my family. They advertised that the Suites esp. Directors Suite includes 2 kids and 2 adults with access to the living room lounge. But the hotel wanted additional payment for the kids. The food in the lounge is horrible tol. They charge addtl. 1400per person for cocktails and 400 per person for afternoon. Afternoon food is 1 piece of pattisserie and some stupid nuts. The evening cocktail foods are of low quality and very few selection. Totally not worth it. The photos are misleading and they even advertise discounts in all food outlets only to find out that the "living room" is not included in it. The rooms even the best rooms are very dated. The toilet takes sooo long to flush and the amenities are like those you find in a cheap hotel. They crarge more or less same price as other 5-star hotel in the area but overall is more like a 3-star. I have a 7yr old daughter and if I would have known that kids over 6yrs old have to pay ---even for breakfast, I would not have booked this hotel.

The room we finally got and actually also booked was nice. The lobby is very nice and the staff very friendly. At the beginning we didn't get the room we booked and paid for and had to argue. The electricity got problems and at the end the aircon was not working.

I appreciate they offered us the hotel’s ongoing promotion of a room upgrade with afternoon and evening refreshments and breakfast at the Residence Club, with a fee. This ended up like a full board package which we enjoyed since it saved us the time of going out, thus really maximising our time at the hotel. Staff were courteous and helpful, and the pool was wonderful! Room was spacious, with a good view, and complete with the amenities you need. I was awaken by a strange scent of smoking tobacco past midnight that made me nauseous, but the scent subsided around 1:00 AM. Was able to report it the next morning upon smelling it again just to ensure my family (or everyone in the hotel) are safe. They sent a personnel to have it checked, and concluded that the scent was mostly coming from the exhaust in the bathroom. Perhaps the hotel can check on this further? But no harm done on this incident.

Great location I think booking in a normal room is better then booking in a one bedroom suite because it was very smelly as if no one stayed in the suite for a long time and no one from the staff came and check or spray any fresh air spray before I checked in , I had to complain and i did upgrade payed extra . And then I had to stay one more night but I booked in a normal room and the room was nice and fresh . It was so difficult to explain to them the difference between a smelly room or very nice fresh room this was story

Excellent Location The King Size Bed is outdated. Need new mattress. Air conditioning in room need to be adjusted manually by their maintenance person. Can’t control inside the room, got hot/warm/moisture. The food in lounge I ordered seems Reheated.
