Misleading. No wifi even in the lobby which was clearly advertised in all their platforms. There was leak in the bidet and small cockroaches crawling.

The location was very convenient and the room was clean. Staff were also friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small

they are not cleaning the sides and under of the bed. there are a lot of dust.

Location wise, very accessible sa mga nearby malls and hang out places sa city. May laundry din sa baba ng propery mismo. Very accommodating the staff, with breakfast too given the affordable price. None. :)

The Property cancelled my booking with a very short notice, and didn't even refund me.

Location being near everything and anything in Makati. The studio i stayed has decent size with things to cook, fridge, some plates and cutleries. Sunshine coming is also smart. Kind security staff. The AC is loud, really loud. If you ought for open window, mosquitoes come in. Windows not having mosquito net is weird in such a place that rains all the time. Broken sofa. No shampoo nor soap anywhere in the studio. The studio number is 213 - yet I thought no "international" hotels ww keep number 13, this is a first for me. The hotel is a bit outdated and the security guards are the attendants, no receptionist at all. Overall this place could have been nice if it was 1990's.

The property is in the Metro. Very convenient. I felt very safe and secured. Security guards were very accommodating. The room attendants were very helpful and consistent in their daily work. I love everything about how my experience went with them. From booking to my check out day-all smooth. None. I love everything about it.

Nice location Nag book ako one queen bed, Ang Binigay upon late check in around pass 8pm is may top bunk. So I need to go down para sabihin Sa security guard na wrong Ang category ng room.Afterwards security since security guard sila and walang front desk I think I suggest na kapag security guard there task.No apology at all.Parang walang nangyari lang.So ma wait ako para Mabigyan ng queen bed good thing double check ko.After that pag check in ko sa room yung blanket full of hair long hair as in.No energy para bumaba so ako nalang nag linis. Looks newly renovated Ang property. Maganda Ang location., I can say value for money padin naman kahit mga mga Panget na experience but still good. I will still go back dahil sa Ganda ng location l. Hopefully meron na front desk na naka assign Hindi security guard kasi Hindi sila Ganun fully trained para maging F.O.A Thank you

The staff, especially at the front desk, could improve their customer service. I felt the guard was not accommodating and seemed irritated when I asked a simple question. The checkout process was also inconvenient—there was no one at the front desk, my chat message wasn’t answered, and I had to ask someone else to page staff to assist me. I hope this can be improved for a smoother guest experience

What i like about the city flats Amorsolo is the location of the property where it is very accessible to other establishments.
