Well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the aesthetic. Service was very professional and cheerful. In 2026…there were not nearly enough electrical outlets for devices.

Wonderful property and staff …we arrived early into Manila and check in time was 2pm but they had us in our room before noon. This was a huge relief because we had our one year old son who has anxiety issues. Wonderful staff … very accommodating!!

After multiple stays I can say the service is world class and every member of the staff is always extremely accommodating and helpful. I always feel right at home when I visit.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast selections. The furnishing and amenities were better than anticipated. They payed a lot of attention to the safely and security of guest. It located close to the red light district so sex workers hang around the restaurant in the lobby area trying to pickup clients. Hotel staff tries to control it, but there is only so much they can do.

Location is excellent. Room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Having a restaurant in site was a plus. A bit overpriced for what it delivers. Restaurant and drink prices 20%+ higher for similar food outside. Be aware that it is on a main street with heavy, noisy traffic. You can hear it at 4am from the higher floors.

I had a 2 bedroom on top floor. Great for our family. Location was excellent. Good towels, comfortable bed. Large safe in room. A bit noisy even on 25 through the night till daylight.

Try the SPA it is actually very good for the size. Also got a room massage that was excellent. I suggest the rooms with split air con. The wall units tend to have pollen which I am sensitive too. Maybe a more aggressive cleaning schedule would help or slowly phase out those in favor of splits (which use less energy as well).

The staff is great, the location is great. Parking is available but very limited. The hotel is not a good value for the money. There are many better options around the area that have updated amenities. This hotel has old aircons that have no digital setting so we were either turning them on or off, no consistent temps available. The tv’s were old and no smart tv’s. The channels available were very basic and it is clear they choose the absolute lowest price channel package instead of providing customers with quality. Typical mindset of most businesses here. Even if it costs a bit more to provide these better options losing repeat customers to better hotels with better amenities seems to elude common sense.
